My Approach

Every session is specific to your needs. Areas of stretching include the upper and lower body.

- Upper body Areas: neck, shoulder, arms, and lower back.

- Lower body areas: glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, and some footwork.

Your first session will include a consultation and full body stretch. We will go over any goals and areas of concern and determine a routine that best fits your needs.
